This picture was taken 69 years ago in 1943, at the Chicago Northwestern Depot in Escanaba, as the four sailors were home on leave and departing each to their assigned ship for overseas duties. The sailors are: from left, G.M. Davis of Gladstone, and Harold "Bob" Cook, Robert M. Jensen and Robert "Bob Okey" Anderson all of Escanaba. Bob Cook is the only living member.
