GLADSTONE - Patricia Ann Polkinghorne, 82, of Gladstone, passed away Sunday, July 8, 2012, at home with her family at her side, following a lengthy illness.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 12, from 12 to 2 p.m. at the Skradski Funeral Home in Gladstone.
Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. at the funeral home with Gerald Glasure officiating.
A luncheon will follow the services at the home of Patricia's daughter Sue. Patricia will be laid to rest next to her husband in the Fernwood Cemetery in Gladstone.
