ESCANABA - Genevieve M. Giguere, 87, of Escanaba, passed away Friday, July 6, 2012, at Bishop Noa Home in Escanaba. She was born Feb. 14, 1925, in Norway, Mich., and was the daughter Joseph and Mary (VanReMorter) Rochon.
Gen grew up in Norway and graduated from Norway High School in 1943. She was a member of St. Joseph and St. Patrick's Catholic Church and a member of the Escanaba Women's Club. Gen was a devoted wife to her husband (who was her soul mate), a fabulous mother, and she loved spending time with her family.
