Da' U.P. Ride for the Red Chair, Geri Nelson of DTE Energy, second from left, presents a check to Jeff Selesky, Disaster Director for the Superior U.P. Chapter American Red Cross for $2,379.50. On hand for the presentation were: Kristi Hansen of UPCars, Rita Parotta of Delta County Red Cross DAT, Don Kopaz of Delta County Red Cross DAT, and Jim Ciminski of Bay College. Not present were Ruth Germain and Doug Gavirloff of Bay College, and Cathy Edwards of Sand Bar. The 2012 Ride netted $5,803 this year to be used for local Red Cross services.
