HERMANSVILLE - John Bellefeuil and the former Donna Mottard were united in Holy Matrimony 50 years ago on June 9, 1962, at St. Bruno's Church in Nadeau. Standing with the couple were: Barb Bellefeuil, sister of the groom, as maid of honor; Connie Williams and Linda Poisson, both nieces of the bride; Ronald Pietsch, a friend of the groom, as best man; Patrick Mottard, brother of the bride; and Marty Williams, nephew of the bride.
John has been the owner of Wildwood Truckstop, while Donna has been the cook and owner of Wildwood Restaurant in Hermansville for the past 45 years. They both have been semi-retired since 1997.
John is a lifetime member of American Legion Post 340. He loves all sports and is a member of Oak Crest Colf Course.

Donna is a retired E.M.T. on the Hermansville Rescue Squad after 15 years of service. She has been a kindergarten helper at North Central Area School for eight years.
As a couple, they are both lifetime members of St. John Neumann Church.
The Bellefeuil's are the parents of two children: Kevin (Jacki) Bellefeuil and Vicki L. (Darin) Bertolini, both of Hermansville. They also have two grandchildren, Kyle J. Bellefeuil and Kasey Bertolini, and one great-grandchild, Presley. The close family get together for a meal once a week.
A vow renewal ceremony, officiated by Rev. Mike Vichich, was held at Wildwood. Snacks for the reception were provided by John's five nieces and sister-in-law.
The topper from their original wedding cake adorned their anniversary/vow renewal cake.
