U.P. Whitetails Association presents a check for $1,000 to the Upper Peninsula Honor Flight for the upcoming Sept. 27 flight. This is the second time U.P. Whitetails has supported Honor Flight in their efforts to take World War II Veterans to Washington D.C. to see the memorial built in their honor. On hand for the presentation are: from left, Amelia Waeghe, Paula Waeghe, and Barb VanRooy, all members of the Honor Flight Committee, and U.P. Whitetails president, Bill Germain.
