Vehicles make their way along a flooded 1st Avenue North in Escanaba following a heavy rainstorm Monday afternoon. According to the Escanaba Water Plant, 1.44 inches fell Monday. Two-inch hail was reported in Gladstone, while 1.5 inches of rain fell in Manistique.
