ESCANABA - A string of vandalism involving spray paint struck south Escanaba Thursday morning, according to Escanaba Public Safety officers. Vandals spray painted words and obscenities on fences, homes, cars and garages at 10 properties located on the 300 and 400 blocks of South 7th and South 8th streets, and the 700 block of 3rd Avenue South. Damage to the property is estimated at $1,500.
Investigation is continuing. Anyone with information about the vandalism is asked to contact the Escanaba Public Safety Department at 786-5911.
