EDITOR:
I was very happy to see the article "Protect Children from Dog Bites" in the May 23rd edition.
So many times I have witnessed children going up to strange dogs and doing the things they shouldn't. I only hope parents read the article and enforce the correct procedures for being around animals they don't know.
