APPLETON, Wis. - Randy and Laurie VanRemortel of Isabella announce the engagement of their daughter, Amy Therese VanRemortel, to Jared Phillips, son of Bradley and Carol Phillips of Bryan, Texas.
Amy is a graduate of Northern Michigan University and is employed as a math teacher at Oshkosh Correctional Institution.
Jared moved to Appleton, Wis., from Texas in 2006 and is employed as a supervisor at Best Buy in Appleton.
