ESCANABA - Just before noon today, a jury found Allen Joseph Brunette of Gladstone guilty of second-degree child abuse by a reckless act.
Brunette was being tried in Delta County Circuit Court this week on the four-year felony in connection with the beating of a four-year-old boy who was under his care last fall.
