ESCANABA - Richard "Dick" Joseph Fredrick, 93, passed away on Monday, April 2, 2012, at the Bishop Noa Home. Funeral arrangements are tentatively planned for Monday, April 9, and will be announced by the Anderson Funeral Homes of Escanaba and Gladstone.
