Contraceptives not a health issue

EDITOR:

Women's health? That is what contraceptives and abortions have become. A women's health issue. I take issue with that. Influenza, whooping cough, mumps, measles... those are health issues. We get vaccines to prevent those diseases from harming or killing us. Contraceptives are used and abortions are done to prevent pregnancy.

How many of us think that pregnancy is something that we need to be stopped? What "disease" is pregnancy? Isn't it odd that the only people that are pro-abortion have already been born? If you want to have unlimited sex that is your choice. If you don't want to get pregnant then you use contraceptives. But... don't force me or anybody else to pay for it. Is being pregnant "life-threatening"? You know, they figured out what causes that. Don't make this a "health issue." Some birth control pills regulate women's cycles. Then you can pay for them the way I have to pay for my medications. The government (my tax money) doesn't owe you anything.
