EDITOR:
There needs to be a line between coaches and players - first and foremost, respect. Coaches to respect their players, and players to respect their coaches. Fans do you know that coaches need your support more than ever? Yelling from the stands only causes embarrassment and confusion to your child. We as parents, and I include myself, we need to be role models.
Put yourself in your child's shoes, all they can hear is your voice yelling at the coach, yelling at the referees, and think of that poor grandparent there for the first time, all they can hear is you. Role models - enough said.
