PATTAYA, Thailand - Patcharee Kongjinda and John Lois Marcella III were married in a private ceremony on Feb. 25 in Pattaya, Thailand.
Patcharee works at the Chevron Offshore (Thailand Ltd.) as a logistics project secretary. John has served 28 years in the U.S. Navy and will retire in two years and move to Pattaya, Thailand.
