ESCANABA - Annalisa Sandborn became the bride of Christoffer Jon Arvey during a wedding ceremony that took place June 25 at the Salvation Army in Escanaba. The ceremony was officiated by Major William Cox.
A reception in honor of the newlyweds followed in the church reception hall.
Annalisa selected as her bridesmaids, Cathy Seger, her future sister-in-law, and her friend, Elizabeth Cox. Junior bridesmaid was Emma Lee DePuydt, niece of the bride.

Best man was Joel Arvey, brother of the groom.
Scripture reader was Samantha Oslund, sister of the bride, and flower girls were Abigail Oslund, niece of the bride, and Kay-lee Mae Red-Bear, a friend of the bride. Ring bearer was Paul Seger, nephew of the groom.
Annalisa is the daughter of Amy and Tom Labre of Powers, and James and Brenda Sandborn of Houghton Lake. She is a graduate of Newaygo High School in Newaygo, Mich., and attended Northern Michigan University for two years. She is employed with Pathways Community Health.
Christoffer is the son of Betty Lou and James Seger of Osier, and Jon and Lori Arvey of Hudsonville, Mich. He is a graduate of Creston High School and received an associate's degree from Grand Rapids Community College. He is employed at Elmer's County Market.
The newlyweds reside at their home in Escanaba.
