WAUKESHA, Wis. - Heather Beverly Fournier and Michael John Sheski were united in marriage Aug. 21 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Bark River. Rev. Mark McQuesten officiated the ceremony.
A reception, in honor of the newlyweds, followed at Bark River Senior Center.
The bride selected her sister, Nicole Fournier, as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were: Danicia Humbert and Carolyn Kobasic, friends of the couple; and Amanda Loomis, Melanie Schafer and Amanda Olson, friends of the bride. Junior bridesmaid was Taylor Butryn, cousin of the bride. Flowergirls were Alayna Lippens, cousin of the groom, and Addison Butryn, cousin of the bride.

Best friend of the groom, Mike Humbert, served as best man. Groomsmen were: Eric and Andy Mokszycke, Jake Delvaux, and Jake Wolfe, friends of the groom; and Steve Fournier, cousin of the bride. Bryce Butryn and Travis Fournier, cousins of the bride, and Justin Lippens, cousin of the groom, seated wedding guests.
Remembrance flowers of loved ones past were brought down by Kyle, Kari and Kennedy Butryn, cousins of the bride.
Readers were Shelly and Tracey Lippens, aunts of the groom, and Kary Butryn, cousin of the bride.
Heather is the daughter of Tracy and Jody Fournier of Bark River. A 2004 graduate of Bark River-Harris High School and a 2008 graduate of Grand Valley State University in athletic training, she is currently attending Carroll University in Waukesha and will graduate with her doctorate in physical therapy.
Michael is the son of John and Tammie Sheski of Escanaba. He is a 2003 graduate of Escanaba Area High School and a graduate of Ferris State University with a degree in surveying technology. He is employed at TruGreen in Waukesha, Wis.
Following a honeymoon trip to Hawaii, the newlyweds have made their home in Waukesha, Wis.
