ESCANABA -The former Amy Gatien married Michael Casey during a 1 p.m. Aug. 14 ceremony in the gazebo at Van Cleve Park, Gladstone. The nuptials were officiated by Nancy Kolich.
A reception followed at the Kipling Hall.
Maryanne Miller, daughter of the bride, served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Carrie Youngs, Amy Lantagne, Rachael Bergstrom and Kristine Woltz, friends of the couple.

The bride's son, Rylan Miller, stood as best man. Groomsmen were Jim and Tim Casey, brother's of the groom, and Dwight Youngs and Daryl Sarasin, friends of the couple.
Dwight Youngs Jr. and Aaron Zimmerman served as ushers.
Flowergirl was Kaylee Casey, daughter of the groom.
The daughter of Fredrick Gatien of Tawas City, Mich., and Gail Damaschke of Carney, Amy is a 1993 graduate of North Central High School. She graduated from Bay de Noc Community College in 2008 as a registered nurse and is employed at Christian Park Healthcare Center.
The son of Michael and Bonnie Casey of Wells, Michael is a 1990 graduate of Escanaba Area High School. He is employed with Piron Truck Repair.
The newlyweds are making their new home in Escanaba.
