GLADSTONE - Jenny Lynn Anderson married Ryne Douglas Rutherford May 29 at the Peninsula Point Lighthouse. Pastor Wayne Large presided over the 1 p.m. ceremony. A reception followed at Terrace Bay Inn.
Kimberly Joy Ketcham, best friend of the bride, served as maid of honor, while Chelsea Just and Sherri Romero, friends of the bride, served as bridesmaids.
Standing as best man for his brother was Sean Rutherford. Man of the groom was Seth Rutherford, groom's brother. Groomsmen were Sean and Bob Anderson, brother's of the bride.

Special guests were the bride's brother, Scott Anderson and guest Charles Krimstock of Laguna Niguel, Calif., as well as the groom's relatives from Arizona and Florida.
Jenny is the daughter of Bob and Judy Anderson of Gladstone, and Ryne is the son of Ruth and Douglas T. Rutherford of Lansing. Both Jenny and Ryne earned master's degrees in biology in 2010, and are independent contractors for Biophilia Research, LLC.
The couple honeymooned in the U.S. Virgin Islands (St. Thomas and St. John) and Puerto Rico and enjoyed snorkeling and hiking the rainforest. The couple now reside in the Ottawa National Forest.
