OAHU, Hawaii - Kimberly R. Groleau and Daniel L. Williams of Oahu, Hawaii, were married at 5:30 p.m. May 1, during a sunset ceremony on the beach at Ke Iki Beach Bungalows in Oahu, Hawaii. Father of the groom, Walter Williams, presided over the nuptials. Following the ceremony, a reception was held on the patio of the Ke Iki Beach Bungalows with family and friends.
Bridesmaids were Melanee Ferrier, friend of the bride, Sara Warmka, friend of the couple, and Kortnie Groleau, sister-in-law of the bride. Flowergirl was Morgan Groleau, niece of the bride.
Groomsmen were Jake Long, friend of the groom, Greg Williams, brother of the groom, and Mike Groleau, brother of the bride.
Kimberly and Daniel Williams
The daughter of Timothy Groleau and Pamela Groleau of Escanaba, Kimberly graduated from Escanaba Area High School in 2000. She received a bachelor's degree in education from Northern Michigan University in 2005 and went on to earn a master's degree in education from Walden University in 2010. She is employed with the Hawaii Department of Education.
The son of Walter Williams and Gail Williams of Lakeland, Fla., Daniel is a 2000 graduate of Tuscola High School in Florida. He went on to earn two associate's degrees. He is an Army staff sergeant and is stationed in Hawaii.
The couple honeymooned on the Big Island of Hawaii, where they enjoyed a diving trip. The couple is at home in Waipahu, Hawaii.
