HYDE - James and Beverly (LaMarche) Utt celebrated their 60th anniversary July 31 at a garden party family reunion.
The two were united in marriage July 29, 1950, at St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Hyde. Attendants were Robert LaMarche, brother of the bride, and Jeannie (Martin) Messick, cousin of the bride.
James and Beverly have four children - Kathleen (Allen) Rabitoy, Karen (Henry "Sam" Jr.) LaFave, Cheryl (Robert) Maier, and Tammy Hereau.

The couple also has eight grandchildren and three step-grandchildren (expecting the 11th in November).
James and Beverly retired in 1992 and spend the winters at their south Texas home.
