GLADSTONE - Lynn (Buckland) Mariin of Gladstone and Eric Brown of Houghton were united in marriage during a garden wedding July 9 at Memorial United Methodist Church in Gladstone. A reception followed at Terrace Bay Inn followed.
The daughter of the late Kenneth and Leona Buckland of Escanaba, Lynn is a graduate of Northern Michigan University. She is a teacher at Bark River-Harris Schools.
The son of Harold and Hilka Brown of Rochester, Mich., Eric is also an NMU graduate. He is employed as a building contractor in Houghton.

Mary Stunkard served as maid of honor for her sister. Daughters Jessica Mariin and Melissa Mariin-Aho were bridesmaids.
Isaac and Ben Brown were groomsmen for their father.
Upon retirement, Lynn and Eric are planning to relocate to Marquette.
