GONZALES, La. Pamela Rose McMillan and Robert Raymond Lehto were united in marriage Jan. 30 at St. Anne Catholic Church in Escanaba. The ceremony was officiated by Rev. Francis DeGroot.
A reception in honor of the newlyweds was held at the Danforth Place, Escanaba.
The bride selected her friend, Jenna Edgar, to serve as her maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Laura McMillan, sister of the bride, Lindsey LaMarch, friend of the bride, and sisters of the groom Stacy and Jennifer Lehto. Brianna Lyons, cousin of the groom, served as a junior bridesmaid. The flower girl was Clare McMillan, cousin of the bride.

Eric Rocker, friend of the groom, served as best man. Groomsmen were Derek Miller, friend of the groom, Matt Romps, friend of the couple, and Brian Rahilly, friend of the groom. Garrett McMillan, brother of the bride, served as a junior groomsman. Serving as ushers were friends of the groom, Doug Mitchell and Jason Murawski.
The daughter of Donald and Kathleen McMillan of Escanaba, Pamela is a 2003 graduate of Escanaba High School. She earned an associate's degree in Water Resource Management from Bay College and a bachelor's degree in Environmental Management from Lake Superior State University. Pamela is an employee of Eagle Environmental Services as an air quality engineer in Baton Rouge, La.
The son of Martin and Diane Lehto of Newberry, Robert is a 2001 graduate of Newberry High School. He earned a bachelor's degree in chemistry from Lake Superior State University and a master's in Public Health from the University of Michigan. Bob is employed with the Shell Oil Company as an environmental engineer in Geismar.
The newlyweds honeymooned in Jamaica shortly after the wedding. They have made their home in Gonzales, La.
