MUNCIE, Ind. - Elvira Louise Rajala and Mark Anthony Wilk announce their engagement to be married.
Elvira, a native of Gladstone, is the daughter of Duane and Allie Rajala and Theresa and Steve Halsey. She graduated from Northern Michigan University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in English in 2006 and a master's degree in public administration in 2008. Elvira currently works at Ball State University in Muncie, Ind.
Mark, a Detroit native, is the son of Stanley and Barbara Wilk. He graduated from NMU in 2005 with a bachelor's degree in business computer information systems with a double concentration in networking and system analysis and design. Mark is employed at Midwest ISO in Carmel, Ind.
