FREDONIA, Wis. - Ashley Michelle Tyynela and Thomas Patrick Ansay were united in marriage Sept. 5 at Holy Cross Chapel in Belgium with Rev. Neil Zinthefer officiating. A reception for the couple was held at Five Pillars Supper Club.
Maid of honor was Samantha Peterson, friend of the bride. Bridesmaids were Kirsten Womack, Lindsey Tyynela, Kayla Tyynela, all sisters of the bride, and Michelle Head, sister of the groom. The flowergirl was Katelyn Eilbes, cousin of the groom.
Best man was Mike Auer, friend of the groom. Groomsmen were: Dave and Andy Rittmann, friends of the groom; Travis Head, brother-in-law of the groom; and Mark Ansay, brother of the groom. Ringbearer was Carl Peterson, friend of the bride.

Ushers for the wedding were Brian Knapp, friend of the groom, and Wes Womack, brother-in-law of the bride.
The daughter of David and Michelle Tyynela of Rock, Ashley is a 2001 graduate of Mid Peninsula High School and a 2007 graduate of Bay de Noc Community College. She is employed as an infant teacher at Child's Play in Sheboygan, Wis.
Son of Ronald and Christine Ansay of Fredonia, Wis., Thomas is a 2000 graduate of Northern Ozaukee High School and a 2001 graduate of Lakeshore Technical College. He is employed as a driver for Veolia Environmental Services.
The newlyweds honeymooned in Riviera Maya, Mexico, and are at home in Fredonia, Wis.
