ESCANABA - Voters in the Escanaba School District have approved a $21.6 million bond request for the renovation of the high school, in addition to projects at each of the three elementary schools and bus garage.
The unofficial results indicate 1,346 approving the request to 1,218 opposed. Voter turn out for the special election was 17. 46 percent.
