POWERS - Amanda Lee Walechka and Christopher David LeBoeuf were united in marriage by Rev. Michael Vichich Oct. 10 at St. John Neumann Church, Powers. A reception followed at Danforth Place, Escanaba.
Andrea Chaney, cousin of the bride, served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were: Kasey Kleikamp and Jennifer Broeders, cousins of the bride; and Bridgette Ernest, Melissa Swille, Amber Olson and Jessica Rochefort, all friends of the couple.
Brian LeBoeuf, brother of the groom, served as best man. Groomsmen were: Greg LeBoeuf, uncle of the groom; Adam Walechka, brother of the bride; and Sid Ernest, Scott Barber, Ryan Olson and Don Rochefort, all friends of the couple.

Daughter of Tony and Lisa Walechka of Wilson, Amanda graduated from North Central High School in 2006. She graduated with an associate's degree in nursing from Bay College in 2009. Amanda is currently employed as a Registered Nurse at Pinecrest Medical Care Facility and Dickinson County Memorial Hospital.
Son of David and Mary LeBoeuf of Powers and Roger and Nancy Irie of Manistique, Chris graduated from Manistique High School in 2001. He is currently employed as a salesman at Iron Mountain Powersports.
The couple has settled in Powers.
