To U.S. Rep. Bart Stupak: I would like to thank you for your part in passing the healthcare reform bill through the House recently.
The abortion bill you authored was a very strong indicator of your strength of character and integrity and I am proud to call you my Congressman.
Please continue your hard work on the behalf of your constituents, and America as a whole. We stand on the threshold of doctors, and not profit making insurance companies being responsible for our healthcare. My daughter has recently been denied medication by an insurance company that her doctor prescribed. I sincerely hope to see an end to putting money before health and wellness.
I have complete confidence in your continued commitment to doing what is right for your constituency, and the country as a whole. If only our senators cared as much as you do, Michigan would be a much better place.
