Nov. 17 will always be a special day for me. In 2007 i adopted Woodstock (or Woodie) from the animal shelter. The reason she was abandoned? She was a pregnant female. What a shame.

Wendy Pepin hit the nail on the head. Woodie was abandoned because she was pregnant. I'm sure it was all her fault. She obviously should have taken herself to the vet clinic and gotten fixed. Oh wait...that's why she had a family.

Woodstock is now a happy 3-year-old cat with the run of the house and her mama's heart. Thanks to Becky Vandermission and the staff of the shelter for allowing me the joy of having Woodstock with me.
