GLADSTONE - In an uncontested race, newcomer candidates Bill Milligan and Paul Capodilupo were elected to the two open seats on the Gladstone Board of Education Tuesday.
These two seats were formerly held by incumbents John Skellenger and Patrick Madden, who chose not to seek re-election this year.
Bill Milligan received 374 votes and Paul Capodilupo received 354 votes.
