AVON, Fla. - John W. and Patricia Ann (Rost) Yirsa, formerly of the Escanaba area, celebrated their 40th anniversary in Gulf Shores, Ala. They were married May 3, 1969, in Little Suamico, Wis. Attending the celebration and spring break were their daughter, Jennifer Yirsa Weston, her husband, Tom, and their children, Luke, Grace and Ben. Jason Yirsa and wife Kimberly, daughter Mallory and son Jacob were also in Alabama. A dinner party at the Oyster House was enjoyed by all.
