Branden James Benoit, 21, Marquette, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while impaired; five days jail, community service in lieu of five days jail; six months probation; $845 fines and costs.

Mary Lisa Weatherford, 52, Traverse City, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while impaired; 15 days jail, community service in lieu of 15 days jail; six months probation; $845 fines and costs.

Thomas Clayton Andree, 24, of 9104 Stagecoach Ave., Gladstone, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while impaired: five days jail, community service in lieu of five days jail; six months probation; $845 fines and costs.

Marvin Fred Cherette, 59, of 603.5 Minnesota Ave., Gladstone, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while impaired and pleaded guilty to open intoxicant in vehicle; 10 days jail, credit for time served; six months probation; $970 fines.

Brandon Joseph Dickerson, 22, of 9145 EE 25 Road, Rapid River, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while impaired; six months probation; $845 fines.

MINOR IN POSSESSION

Scott Allen Wahl, 19, of 2011 15th Ave. N., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to minor in possession, second offense, and pleaded guilty to attempted possession of a loaded firearm; 30 days jail; six months probation; $1,335 fines and costs.

DRUG CHARGES

Pamela Jean Carlson, 42, of 5270 18.85 Lane, Gladstone, pleaded no contest to attempted possession of an altered prescription; six months probation; $295 fines.

Ashley Brooke Dubord, 22, of 4975 M.5 Lane, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana, first offense; 30 days jail; license suspended 365 days, restricted after 60 days; $1,105 fines.

ASSAULT CHARGES

Dylan Paul Spear, 17, of 420 2nd Ave. S., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to assault and battery; 10 days jail, community service in lieu of 10 days jail and $495 fines; 12 months probation.

Elizabeth Anne Alexander, 34, of W170 Willow Road, Wilson, 34, pleaded guilty to assault and battery; five days jail, consecutive with current jail time.

FIGHTING

Kristina Marie Hurkman, 24, of 210 Stephenson Ave., upper apt., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to fighting and quarrelling; 35 hours community service; $100 fines and costs.

RESISTING POLICE

Aaron Romaine Phillips-Donovan, 26, of N16637 Vesser Road, Wilson, pleaded guilty to attempted resisting and obstructing police; 10 days jail; $695 fines and costs.

ILLEGAL ENTRY

Dusty William Shope, 27, of 5515 23.5 Chaison Road, Gladstone, pleaded guilty to illegal entry without owner's permission; 20 days jail; $495 fines and costs.

EMBEZZLEMENT

Rene Jeffrey Sarasin, 32, of 411 Delta Ave., Gladstone, pleaded guilty to embezzlement $200-$1,000; 30 days jail, community service in lieu of 20 days jail; 18 months probation; $895 fines and costs.

LARCENY CHARGES

Tony Lawrence-Earl Green, 19, of 1102 Minnesota Ave., Gladstone, pleaded guilty to larceny $200-$1,000; five months jail; 12 months probation; $695 fines and costs; $2,433 restitution.

LICENSE VIOLATIONS

Stanley Allan Constantino Jr., 21, of 9004 BB Road, Rapid River, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended; $395 fines and costs.

David Charles Meshigaud, 52, of N14380 County Road 553, Wilson, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license, first offense; $295 fines and costs.

FAILURE TO STOP

Marvin John Micheau, 61, Madison, Wis., pleaded no contest to failure to stop for a property damage accident and pleaded no contest to careless driving; $435 fines and costs.
