ESCANABA - Dr. Roger and Pat Beauchamp, Escanaba, recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary.
The former Petronella "Pat" Siroskey of Wyandotte, Mich. and Roger G. Beauchamp of Gladstone were married Aug. 16, 1958, at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church in Wyandotte. Rev. Paul Siroskey, uncle of the bride, and Rev. Bradley (chaplain at the University of Michigan Newman Center, officiated at the High Mass.
The ceremony was witnessed by maid of honor Helen DeGroat, Pat's college roommate, best man Norman Beauchamp, brother of the groom, and six bridesmaids, six groomsmen, a flower girl and ring bearer.

Roger and Pet met at the University of Michigan. Roger graduated from the School of Dentistry in 1959. Pat graduated from the School of Education in 1957.
The Beauchamp's anniversary celebration was hosted by their children, Roberta, Michael, Michelle, Cathy Jo, daughter-in-law, Pennie Beauchamp and sons-in-law Eduardo Espinola and John Stacey. In honor of the event, a reception was hosted at the House of Ludington Aug. 1, followed by a Texas barbecue Aug. 2 at the couple's home. A renewal of their wedding vows by Fr. Eric Olson of St. Joseph and St. Patricks Church was held in conjunction with an Aug. 3 Mass for the couple's beloved deceased daughter, Ann Marie.
Attending the celebrations along with their children were their nine grandchildren, Justin and Cole Skipper, Alaina and Will Beauchamp, Joan and Danny Stacey, Alec, Savannah, and Brendan Espinola; family members; friends; and several of the couples attendants. Of the original attendants, the following were in attendence at the couples celbration, Charlene and Dr. Henry Beaudry, Norman Beauchamp, Anthony Siroskey, Norman Thivierge and Thomas Wilfong.
