“It’s tragic when this happens in our legal system.”

“Justice depends on each side having a voice.”

“If the attorney general is not willing to stand up and make your case,

you lose.”

When Bill Schuette

- the People’s Advocate,

- a Lawyer who swore an oath to represent the people of Michigan…

and

Bill Schuette,

- joins the other side,

- the people lose and

- the scales of justice become badly out of balance.

Rather than standing up for people,

- bill Schuette

- stepped on people

- as though they were rungs of a ladder

- as he claws his way UP the political ladder.”

“It’s troubling when elected officials put special interests first.”

- Bill Schuette has neither fought

- nor has bill schuette been

- the voice for ordinary Michiganders.

- Rather than being the “People’s Lawyer,”

- bill Schuette has been

- the voice

- the lawyer

- for his party

- for patrons plying money for political paybacks

Other people have expressed the following thoughts about Bill Schuette:

- Not in recent memory has an Attorney General in Michigan been so concerned with partisanship.

- Never have personal ambitions

- trumped responsibility to the people.

- Never have the people of Michigan suffered so much

- at the hands of the public official

SWORN TO BE THEIR VOICE, their advocate . .

People who watch this Michigan Attorney General office

often comment that “AG” stands for

“Aspiring Governor.”

No one has lived up to that name better than Bill Schuette,

- so much that the “daddy of the Michigan capitol press corp,

Tim Skubick, recently opined,

- Schuette has always been up to plotting his next political job . .

Instead of speaking for

ordinary Michiganders,

Bill Schuette

has seized opportunities over and over,

TO ADVOCATE

- for his party,

- for his patrons,

- for the pursuit of

- his own political ambition…s.

Over the past two years in office,

Bill Schuette

has demonstrated time and again

that he’s NOT a voice for the people of Michigan.

The editorial page of the Detroit Free Press recently concluded

“Michigan’s overreaching attorney general,

Bill Schuette,

appears to be working harder at

- advancing his own personal political agenda

- than he is at representing Michigan’s people.

An attorney is an advocate.

The word ADVOCATE literally means,

“to be the voice for someone.”

But the overriding question for any Attorney General is,

WHO ARE YOU SPEAKING FOR?

WHO ARE YOU REPRESENTING?

Maybe Bill Schuette is an advocate for the people in Michigan who are not liberal pinheads. Just because you do not agree with the political stances of the AG does not necessarily mean he isn't doing his job, Whiz. And may I remind you that a few short years ago we had an AG who then (successfully) ran for Governor. Bill Schuette is not the first AG to aspire to be governor. If he eventually is elected let's hope he does a better job than Jenny Granholm.

Come out and say it . . .

- Schuette is a tool for the rich. - Schuette is financed by the rich,

- Most of the rich are republicans. - Schuette is financed by the rich,

- Schuette owes his alliance to the rich - Schuette is financed by the rich,

- Schuette is herded into the same stable - by the rich

- Schuette is herded into the same coral - by the rich

as are the current

- crop and plague of locusts

- infesting the house, and the governors mansion,

- minions for the rich by the rich, - financed by the rich

The title of the article is about Schuette, his Lansing and Michigan associates and operatives.

It’s about republicans, the current sordid,

- bevy, coterie,

- covey, cluster,

- clique, collection,

- lies, liars,

- cheats, scoundrels,

- fleeces, feces

- fleecers, flayers,

- excoriators, menageries,

- provocateurs and prevaricators…

Whiz, you do your cause a disservice with your unhinged ranting. I'm sure that telling you that is going to get me labeled a Republican shill but I'm no such thing. In most cases I would advise someone with your views to actually go and do something about it but the last thing Democrats need is someone like you knocking on doors and spouting crap.

When my meds wore off, I re-read my piece below.

Nowhere, was there any indication that I had asked for advice .

If, stating an opinion based on fact is crap in your opinion,

then you don’t know jack about crap,

let alone,

crappy facts.

let alone,

- give an intellectual treatise,

- write a dissertation for your doctor of philosophy degree in crap studies . . .

- a systematic exposition

- an argument in writing,

- including a methodical discussion of facts

- and principles involved

- and conclusions reached

- on the topic of crap . . .

Are you qualified to give advice ?

Who “qualified” you in the first place . . .

donald duck or his fried friend goofy . . . Duhaaaaaaa ?

Unless you have a degree in crap analysis . . .

what said, or who said that you

were qualified to judge what crap is . . .

“In most cases, I would advise… “

Smarter than everyone,

Well, well, here you are

trying

to give an octogenarian “advice”

and do something !

What the H ?

If you’re truly smarter than Everyone, YOU go knock on doors!

But, there’d have to be something more than dahhhaaaaaaaaaaa, coming out of that piehole.

Cause ?

The only “cause” I’ve found necessary,

is to present something other than

lies, cheats, and distortions,

- coming out of the media releases of the u.s. chamber of commerce

- coming out of the american legislative exchange council’s writing laws for their politicians to enact into law for their rich patrons

- coming out of the mouths of the media, controlled by the rich

- coming out of the mouth’s of their lobbyists for the rich,

- coming out of their corporation news releases, for the self-interest of everyone but the american public

- coming out of for their businesses, for their owners, whether the majority are republicans or not.

Now, then give me your advice on plutocracy, oligopoly, monopoly, aristocracy . . .

I have a few more to ask you about, but don't want to tax your friend who's composing for you.
