Hopefully, since many like to attend city-council meetings,

the “city” will see fit for the enjoyment of spectators in the audience,

to serve and present a smorgasbord of food types and beer,

to foster a sense of ca·ma·ra·de·rie and well being between council and citizen denizens?

At time’s during council meeting and deliberation’s,

it would be helpful, instructional, and beneficial

if council were to “take-a-break”

from stressful deliberations, and

- enjoy a “ethnic-free” snack and a couple of brews!

Clearer heads could then resume gainful thinking for hard-core issues.

In fact, wouldn’t it be helpful if interested audience member’s INSIST that council break for a brew, and then mandate voting could not take place until after the last brew were quaffed, AND the last toke smoked!

In Fact,

Citizens should INSIST

- before any council meeting ever begin,

- each council member should quaff a draft, and

- smoke a toke, before

- reciting the pledge of dalliance, or

- before requesting inspiteful guidance from “above”,

as a part of the housekeeping business before actual, prayerful thoughtful deliberation might commence.

Clearer heads might then get the powerplant business ...

back in business...
