Here we go again.

Typical republican judgment on the performance of the xmas season…

Delta County Chamber of Commerce:

“how were xmas sales this year compared to past history?”

About the same, down, a wash?

Did the press or anyone,

think to ask local clergy how church “sales” were compared to past years?

I think not!

Did the press, or anyone in the publishers office,

think to canvas local churches to see how their “takes” were from collection baskets and plates?

I guess all that matters to good republicans,

is their business model, revenues and expenditures.

After all, that’s really the measure of a person’s, or a businesses worth:

Were revenues over expenditures?

If not, let’s cut expenditures, by ten percent.

Let ten of the highest paid ‘flunkies’ go xmas eve.

They’ll get along just fine,

they’ve got welfare, medicare, and medicaid

and, and…, says the head of
