With all the 'additional' qualifications added to the search for a suitable board member replacement....

Perhaps, such a list should be included for all of our elected congressmen to pass before they are deemed

suitable

for election...

This would indeed prohibit the vast majority of boob.s from running for public office?

“The board has also created a list of additional qualifications for the position,

which were approved during the meeting.

Some of these include:

the ability to put children first;

having no personal or political agenda;

providing leadership;

appreciating diversity;

knowing educational policy;

understanding budget and finance;

demonstrating integrity; and

understanding community outreach.”

How would the board assess such 'candidates' as to their demostrated ability to pass scrutiny on these 'additional' issues elaborated below:

One might ‘wonder’

how the current board members would ‘fare’ concerning scrutiny and

the ‘qualifications’ the said-board

has established for a replacement board member?

Not sure,

but it seems “anyone” can run for election for board member.

Seemingly, there are “no such qualifications to run for election”,

just a warm body and the ability to sign your name and garner enough votes?

Most aptly illustrated by the high-schooler board member...

and was he subjected

to such a review and reverence

for the ’additional’ board established

qualifications…
