I think I will refrain from making comments on this. Like the rest of you, I don't know the whole story.

The extortion charge against Doug Sedenquist looks to be an open and shut case. The details that will emerge in the near future are by my standards shocking. Shocking to me because Mr. Sedenquist preaches on his radio program his high standards of strong ethics and good Christian values.

According to my source, Doug does not pay child support for his three children (deadbeat Dad) and hates his daughters.

So, not only does Mr. Sedenquist not contribute any financing to his children, he has attempted to extort a large sum of money as well as weekly payments from his estranged wife.

This man should be ashamed of himself and I hope he is prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Levi, you seem to be the one dwelling on the President's racial background. "Half-breed?" Really? I'm glad that I am young enough to know that I will see a day when backwards thinking people like you will have died off.

Ed, Ed, Ed, nobody cares what your political affiliation is, but then again you haven't tried shooting up the mall or been arrested for tea bagging in public.... I'm sure when that day comes we will find those out. Like we couldn't figure it out based on your ranting....

According to what the state of Wisconsin and now the state of Michigan have charged Sedenquist with, one would come to the conclusion that he is overly obsessed with his ex-wife. I'd love to hear the details of the alleged extortion. A simple google search reveals that this man is a heavy internet user. If this guy manages to get out on bail, I wonder if he will be able/willing to comply with the no computer or internet usage condition.

The 'Tea' in 'Tea Party' stands for, "Taxed Enough Already" - it's only the stupid robotic kool-aid swilling Obama followers that call it, 'TeaBaggers'.. but especially this group here gets it wrong. I know, I know.. you girl guys here think a "TeaBagger" is like that little stunt your boyfriend pulled on you last night. >Sigh!< just like Obama bots, you blame everything on the Republicans as a way of blame.. So, who's raising your taxes ladies?

By the way, my 'Political Affliation' is nobody's business but my own, as well as my Religion.. But especially from the likes of kids who hide behind FALSE names to flip, slip, and slander whomever has an opinion here.. Y'all deserve to be 'TEA BAGGED'... but I'm not gay.

I'm sure that Obama made him do it Ed, and not the drug abuse, or the rampant teabagging... do you feel better now?

Something of which you 'Communists' forget - No wonder you HIDE behind the masks you do when sniping at these stories... you don't want folks knowing YOUR Political Afflisation.. Laugh, Laugh, Laugh...

As long as 'every other' article of 'every other' event, arrest, or even promotion of good deed, ALSO reports the Political Affiliation of the person, then the title of "BIASED NEWS MEDIA SOURCE" can be faithfully removed from this Newspaper.. NONE of the 'alleged' charges this person is facing has ANYTHING to do with him being Democrat, Republican, or Independent.

Yet, this paper chose to post GOP... why?... because, "It's a BIASED NEWS MEDIA OUTLET".. (in the voice of Obama, PERIOD!)

Bad apples exist on both sides of the aisle, so I don't feel that is the issue. Generally when someone is arrested pertinent information about their employment or other activities is included, so I don't think what was reported is unreasonable. If you are in a public position you should expect all that goes along with that, both positive and negative.

I think the political affiliation is important because of his ties to the teabaggers and the republican party.. because he has a right wing radio show and spends his time espousing family values.... im guessing that's why his political affiliation was reported on.

What does this clown's political connection have to do with anything? Or are we now going to list each criminal's political affiliation with each article posted. I'll bet your tally would be 50% "Republican" and 50% "Democrat." Keep the politics out of your reporting and just say that "51 year old scumball in jail for a series of crimes."

I don't get how the computer crime is up to 20 and the aggravated assault is 5yrs? "causing her to feel terrorized, frightened, intimidated, threatened or harassed" seems worthy of more...either way I hope justice is served and the victim can feel safe.
