the press and city FAIL to REPORT, how much of an enticement did 'bell' get in the form of lowered prices, tax breaks, tax abatments....

like everything, the rest of us poor delta country and escanaba city taxpayers wouldn't get...

and have to 'eventually, "make-up" when all the business ty.c.oons get their tax free day...

Wasn't there some sort of lawsuit that this guy was going through which would result in him not even building here if he lost? Or, am I just remembering an episode of some law show?
