I agree with Casperson, "Words do matter", and in my years and years, I have learned that where there is 'one' mistake, there is liable to be another, perhaps another, and another.. If this 'fact' wasn't checked closely before speaking out, perhaps another might as well be 'false'.. Now comes the time when the material presented caused a vote to sway one way or the other.. That vote, based on at least "ONE FALSE" fact.. should be revisited - Was this "ONE FALSE FACT" the tipping one?.. in short, We need to 're-look' the material, double check the facts, and RE-VOTE. Refund the money paid for License (there were more sold below the bridge than up here, why?.. because it brought in more MONEY that's why).. and Re-think our decision to destroy these animals..

Well, it may have been inaccurate, but it was not a lie really. He basically repeated something he was told by someone else. Not a lie if you did not know how accurate it was. He should have made sure the facts were there to back it up, but not a lie.

What is a lie is telling people things you know are 100% untrue, yet you say it anyway. Like this lie we all heard "If you like your insurance, you can keep it, period. If you like your doctor, you can keep them, period".

Huge difference in the two. One person was mistaken and the other was lying.

Politicians and their private corporations or businesses,

the repub lican party and the democratic party

have had a LONG HISTORY,

of exaggeration, hyperbole, lies and distortions, caused by the commission of acts of omission.

The intended result is ‘spin’,

which is intended to focus on their bias in their favor for their pockets and bank accounts residing in non-taxable accounts offshore.

Politicians and political parties should be held accountable, jailed for fraud and misleading statements and half-truths.

Of course, they'll spin anything and everything to make us DIZZY.
