Agree with MDavis. Anybody entering my home while I'm there won't be coming out alive. Too bad the homeowner in this case didn't remove the perp from the gene pool!

Why have an "Habitual Offender" line in the books if we just keep, waiving it for these folks. I think it sends the WRONG message to the Criminal - "Our Courts are SOFT on crime"..

I did like the, "Don't Shoot, Don't Move" comment in this article.. LOL.. Needed a clean Diaper I'll bet..!
