Sounds like you're only in it for yourself but not willing to take advantage of this great resource to better yourself. Keep those blinders on!

The last paragraph overtly proclaims and boldly goes on…

and promises where to find additional platitudes and attestations

given over to details where more information can be ’found’

to promote its twenty-year, and

twenty-million-dollar slush fund election…

In this case, the press has purposed 87 words of ‘news’

and morphed them into 587 words of political campaign advertising …

FREE OF CHARGE.

POLITICAL ADVERTISING,

masquerading as an

appellation,

compellation and

compilation of the college’s historical heritage as

’news’,

when in reality

ONLY 14% of the ‘news article’ just 87 words,

pertained to the ‘golden-celebration’

could be justified as ’news’ …

where the remaining 86% of the words in the article,

unabashedly embellish previously recited heritage as the basis for a form of free advertising to promote its desire to mortgage our future income

for twenty-million dollars

for twenty years, and

Approximately 14% of the ‘piece’,

87 words,

were used by the press or some cleaver media ‘news event’ provider to the daily press

to describe ‘bays golden’…

500 words, on the other hand, were woven into the 87 words,

as a basis piece of political propaganda for voting favorably to mortgage OUR income future,

in tomorrow’s election for purposes until just recently,

never clearly defined and made public,

but appear to be last-minute reasons ‘cranked’ out to answer the question ‘why’.

Clearly, the vice-president of ‘advancement’ - ‘bay college foundation’ and

Do the math..

587 - 87 leaves about

500 “words” someone cleverly, or the press cleverly used to rehash and enhance

the story of bay’s TWENTY-MILLION DOLLAR ($20,000,000.00),

TWENTY-YEAR (20) millage election tomorrow,

in order to persuade voters to preserve its previous funding heritage and previous twenty-million dollar, twenty-year slush fund endowment.

Approximately 86% of the so-called FRONT PAGE ‘news piece”

has been devoted to

a selection of historical verbiage

The Raison d'être for this piece …

...‘bays golden’... ?

The old saying can you believe what you read, or

is it just another attempt to engage readers' interest,

and promote something, or a way to spend their hard-earned MONEY?

TRUTH IN NEWS - OR TRUTH IN ADVERTISING?

When is “advertising” given headline status,

but realty is that the sole piece and purpose is a cleverly disguised piece of advertising?

THE WHOLE ‘bay golden’ ARTICLE:

IS 587 WORDS IN LENGTH...

WHERE ONLY

just 87 words are used in the description of ‘bay’s golden’…

The Raison d'être ...?

I learned...

How to use word count without

attending Bay College.

The reason I format my text

like someone who has no writing

skills whatsoever,

Is so that I can marvel at my

magnificent words.

As I create my glorious prose in the

comment box, I will not allow my Daily Press overlords

to automatically format my first

grade writing style

to the same legible and coherent

formatting style

that every other English speaking

person on the Earth uses.

This is because I prefer to come off

as some sort of bumbling crackpot.

This way no sane person will take

my comments seriously.

Let your

ignorance be your watchword and be your guide…

and stand you in good stead.

Eventually,

the school of hard-knocks and hard times,

will be your education.

You WILL change your thinking,

your voice and your vote… one day,

for all things that matter to you and yours‘

welfare and well-being.

This is your det·riment,

your disability, your disservice,

your drawback, your harm,

your impairment, your liability, and your loss,

this is a perverse hallmark of your intelligence, and

is notable by the notion that to

examine,

criticize and comment

is the speci·alty of ‘idi·ots’,

when, in fact the opposite is more often the case…

where laziness, sloppiness,

ignorance and backward tendencies

are ascribable to people that do not

have an innate, inquisitive

sense to question,

sense to criticize, and the

sense to peaceful protest.

Obviously,

Viktorianne…

you have neither

the native, natural resources,

you have neither

a useable education,

nor the sense,

nor the understanding,

nor the know-how,

to read, understand, question, and perform

analytical and critical thinking skills,

otherwise,

you would have something of value to add or debate.

OMG froglegs,

They are FREE you do know?

You have to be the poster child for CONSERVATIVE REPUBLICANS!

Why not sprinkle them around indeterminately to appease the dopes?

MG, in one paragraph you used over 81 words, many commas, and ONLY one period!

In another paragraph you did considerably better, using up only about 47 words and ONE period!

One paragraph is splendid, you used up only 54 words, and liberally applied three of those EXPENSIVE PERIODS.

Commas, on the other hand, you LIBERALLY sprinkled them throughout, which, to the consternation of republicans is certainly evocative of LIBERALISM at its most extreme.

Never mind though, republicans are CONSERVATIVE, period conscious souls, even losing one will upset them to no end, and the costs for their loss is unbearable for them.
