The HEADLINES SCREAM:

Power plant sale closer to reality

Whose Reality?

Evidently, the press and the city have their own definition of

"REALITY"

as quite something different from the layman's idea of 'reality'.

One man's idea of reality is

depositing money in the bank today...

The press and the city's idea of reality is

talk about one-day, some-day, maybe, eventually,

possibly depositing nothing in the bank today, or tomorrow,

for sure nothing today...

or tomorrow,

that, dear press and city council, is

REALITY.

Rice and Cheese, I'm gonna answer another question nobody asked so here's what I think. I'm angry about everything and have nothing better to do than to post negative comments on the daily press. I think they should convert it into an auto parts store. Okie silly dilly dokie-o, I'm an idiot. Now let this bear hibernate.

Cheese and Rice! You can sure tell an election is coming eh? That building on Ludington that "Needed to go" to make room for the new City Hall couldn't be sold, couldn't even be given away.. but finally went.. This Power Plant deal is only hanging around cause the City 'thinks' it'll be a revenue source.. Time to GIVE up that idea, and merely bulldoze it over and build Condos there or a Deep Water Port or some other hair brained idear... Hey!.. I know, let's get someone to turn it into HIGH priced rental LOFTS with a Lake Side View, yeah.. Get some STATE money granted in there and build away!... Wake me when they sign the deed.. otherwise, I'm going back to sleep..

The city has a ‘power plant’ to give-away,

but they can’t find a ‘taker’.

The city wants to buy a toll bridge in Arizona to replace revenue lost by giving away the goose that laid the golden egg, OUR power plant, and thus reduce or wipe out our electrical charges.

Republicans, Politicians and their Corporations are looking for 'investors' in their operation,

and have found a way to turn lead into gold to avoid completely, paying any tax whatsoever.

Which ‘story’ has a better chance of being true?

How many times do we have to hear we are closer to a deal.
