LeviB57... We/you don't know the whole story to this matter from this simple article. "Curtis threatened to kill a student because he wouldn't play pool with him." Clearly there is much more to it and this nut job is a threat to you, me, Bay College, the police. The Judge has a much clearer picture and took appropriate action. Thanks Judge.

I'm guessing that sentencing and bond amount had/has a lot to do with the charges and intent.

On one hand you have this guy who apparently intends to do harm to another person. On the other you have someone who, while doing harm didn't actually intend to do harm to anybody. Basically he didn't go out and say "I'm going to hit someone with my truck today".
