Some business owners said they did not have to put on EXTRA help during the infestation, and they didn't have a 'notable' increase in their bank, credit, and debit receipts...

either.

beauty and money in the community are entirely in the eyes of those holding their heavier bags of money...

So, FrizzyWig, I'd bet you didn't participate in any of the Sesquicentennial activities because you were too busy trying to find something to b i t c h about. Congratulations!

Yep !

esky150 had a BIG influence on local businesses !

But, it also had a more negative impact on our wallets, all the while…

somebody must have told the gas companies that Escanaba was having a big birthday bash ...

these good ole republicans immediately raised the price of gasoline

from $3.389 by $.76 cents and change

OVER NIGHT !

Nice going gas companies,

you saw yet another chance to make a quick buck and

you took it and you made more than a buck,

quite a few bucks at that...

just saying...

Someone?

said the gasoline pipeline between Milwaukee and Green Bay is a little holy…

now, if I had true entrepreneurial republican spirit,

I’d say ‘self, how can I fix this pipeline for free’?

Raise the price of gasoline a few bucks a gallon ‘dummie’ !

Bravo.

Free Enterprise,

Private Enterprise,

and the

unfettered,

NOT SO

FREE MARKET

at it's glorius best !
