I am curious about Marc Tall's comment about no action and just commitment. I would think have a backup lender would be considered action. I am also wondering why the comment. It is campaigning for reelection or is there a point to the comment. I am hopeful that EGE will be able to move forward and get the power plant out of the City hands.
