You know what I think they should both be held to the maximum sorry but its bull how the courts are putting "kid gloves" on to handle cases. They broke the law time for them to do the time.

It really is sad that someone can commit a crime and look at it like well whatever the charge is I can cut the time in half with a plea deal. Really wish they threw all the time at her including the 4-year felony of lying to an officer.

It would be really cool if we stopped plea dealing with criminals.

I understand it is probably easier, quicker, and cheaper than a trial but really. It seems nobody who does the crime does the time anymore.
