Someone had it out for this Deputy for sure. Small Town, Everybody knows everyone (so they think) any other time there is a blind eye to the ships in this area! I know and I see.

I would lose it if someone harmed someone close to me period! Especially in this way.

Your Wife? How about your young child? I don't know this man, but the accused had accounts and call it Vigilante? I call it Frontier Justice!

I honestly can't say that I wouldn't do the same thing if that had happened to my wife. Maybe there needs to be a policy where if a jail deputy is involved with a case by close or immediate connection, prisoner gets moved to a different jail. Maybe there is a policy in place, but a connection was not expressed by the deputy.

What's the difference how many counts? Assault is assault and vigilante justice isn't allowed.
