May 13, 2013

Change is inevitable and for the most part results in a better life for everyone. The Upper Peninsula is no exception to change. One aspect of life in the U.P. seems to be changing in the U.P....

I am by no means a "pot head", but do feel the need to state that if it (marijuana) were legal, it would free up a lot of law enforcement's time to focus on the real drug problems (meth and such).

Also, wish I could look at the police logs, published in this very paper, but the online edition is so limited and you won't deliver to my door. Such a conundrum.

Im a "pothead", but im against the real drug problem around here which is meth, ******, and prescription drugs..... Yes thats right, your prescription drugs is half the problem up here.. Just because someone defends cannabis, doesn't mean there out there smoking meth you ignorant jack*ss. I really hate a**holes like you.

lithium batteries, pop bottles, drain cleaner, etc. LOL the daily press and law enforcement pretty much just told everyone how to make meth besides pseudoephedrine. we should just start exucuting the trash that have too many drug offenses. they're useless subhuman beings and know well of the dangers when they get into it. they're pretty much all the same, dont work, get disability, cant support their kids and get them taken away. and im not talking about drugs like pot or people that use other drugs responsibly. although some people cant even handle smoking pot and working everyday.

Tailgater im not a pot head but many other people like me that are not pot heads do in fact support pot legally for recreation. there is a big difference between pot other hard drugs like some pharmaceuticals. if people do drugs and still live life normal which many do i dont have a problem. but when they start leeching off everyone they need to be thrown on an island to fend for themselves.

Well there is a difference between someone who smokes weed and a pothead! A pothead is someone who smokes it up all day long, lives for video games, waits in line all night to see the new Superman Movie, and spends all his food stamps on munchies!! He probably still lives with his mother!! He also would call himself markhawkburns420. Hey Mark tell your mother hello and don"t forget to share your Cheetos with her!!

i was referring to the difference between someone who smoke cannabis and a person who smokes meth or whatever else... You comment earlier (all you potheads, please feel free to defend your "make it legal") made it sound like a person who smokes "weed" must smoke meth too, or because we want cannabis legal that we want meth legal?! Thats absurd. You dont like my username? lol. I dont see the harm in having a little humor in life.
