The Gladstone School District should be ashame of this special election which proves historically is a scam on the voters especially when nothing is changed. There are 8281 registered voters and only 1325 showed up to vote with the November turnout was 4498! The margin of NO votes last election was 806 more than the 736 yes votes this time. Even if you add both elections together you still would have lost by 659 votes NO! Should there need to be another election yesterdays vote is a case study of taxation without representation. With the education political action committee provided an off election day, means they can control the results. Why odes yes mean yes this time? If the issue would have lost by 147 votes - they would be back on the ballot in May. The same garbage of munipulating the voters, ignoring the first no votes was used in the other school districts. Last time the issue lost by 806 and the school board claims they did not understand. This must be repealed.

Again if no means yes then yes should mean no, tax payers get stab in the back again by the education political action committee. Its taxation without representation.

Well, Phil, Romney spent two decades being told no and yet you still voted for him, didn't you?

Take the plank out of your own eye before lecturing others about theirs. Thanks in advance. Have a great day.

Michlw45 lighten up regarding my 50% cut back in wages previous post. The fact the election was rigged cannot be denied. How can you in good conscience ignore the 2600 NO voters last time and 589 this time - far more loud and clear NO votes than supporting your money grab in off elections. This was an embarassment to democracy. I am having my lawyer investigate what provisions under the Michigan Revised Code that you petition to run off elections controlled the Board of Elections and Treasury in Lancing. Should you have lost by one vote yesterday you would be back on the ballot in May with the same garbage. The owners of the schools should have the same rights as the school districts we own. All three local school levies passed by slim margins and terrible turnouts. This is not what a free democracy was built upon but orchestrated by your PAC groups. Just because the owners have never demanded another vote does not mean it can't be done.

Mr. School Board member and your cult - I am a Reagan Republican obviously and this country will go full circle as the current Obama administration that has no budget and no clue about a budget as it is uncontrolled tax and spend. Just keep on taxing like the school districts. There will be another Reagan who will approach issues like Reagan who fired all the Air Controllers who wanted to ignore reality. It will take more time but school districts are headed in the same direction where you could care less about old people on fixed income eatting dog food to have money for meds and are losing the homes they spent their life to keep due to too many taxes so schools and government employees can steal due to having the money and benefits cradle to grave. The big joke of off election levies like recently need to be eliminated and it is NOT an issue of not enough money, it is NOT for the kids, it is a matter of greed while providing minimal education value with no accountablilty.

Redtigers another phony who hides behind his real name for fear of illustrating him being on the taxpayer nipple void of any new ideas surrounded by business as usual while just running in place. Hiding under the skirt of the Union who protects those who need protection. You hear no new ideas, you hear loud crying when teachers are made to be accountable and measured on performance not just pushing kids through the system like double bagger lady having 50 years of more of the same!

Michlw45 what is the direct line number in Lancing I need to call in the Treasury office to get the ballot issue on the ballot like you did this week? What Michigan Revised Code numbers do I need to know what the guidelines are as they must be wider than a barn door. I am sure there is a process used to get issues on the ballot along with the proper paperwork / application. Pretend you lost by one vote and wanted to put the same crap on the May ballot - what are the steps? Seeing we own the schools and you work for us - I assume the owners have the same rights as those running the asylm.

Least there be one that thinks this post less than heartful,

but instead, disrespectful…

Let us all be perfectly clear,

Many (some, more) have brought this criticism to the fore and upon themselves,

because of their nonsensical utterances…

They’ve said it here,

over and over, ad nauseum, and resultantly should accept it to occur, s.u.c.k-it-up,

anything less than critical,

should not be expected if their mental state,

imagined or otherwise,

is not attested to,

formally or informally here,

by persons willing to attest factually and accurately, in this role…

Given that many may express a religious bent…

why should so many end up living with these lamentable foibles and maladies,

when clearly religions haven’t passed a portion of benevolence, tolerance, or forgiveness into their lives and souls!

Certainly, some express a range of animus, antipathy, belligerence, bitterness, enmity hostility, hatefulness, malevolence, malice, rancor, resentment, spite, venomous, and virulence are most frequently adjectives which they so aptly possess and publish in these spaces….

As OPPOSED, to agreeableness, friendliness, gentleness, kindness, or any degree of niceness.

it would be just as appropriate to continue, respectively,

with the “Handles” below inserted for the adjectives listed above?

Paron (rhymes with moron,

are a few possible p.o.o.p.s. that come to mind, LOL.

Imagine, if you will,

someone having to live within or under the aura of these descriptive adjectives, every day?

These are just a couple of descriptive adjectives some people who continually rant in these forums anti-everything diatribes, that comprise some or most, if not all of these adjectives.

P is amusing?

P is ignorant?

P is laughable?

P is moronic?

P is psychotic?

P is anti-everything?

P is anti-social?

P is pathetic?

Where “P” is just a letter of the alphabet and having no relationship or implication to any know entity living or dead.

someone will attest to the fact, or not, if anyone feels implicated or otherwise alleged has,

-any mental defect,

- senility

-mental malfunction or mental disconnect,

at which point, there will be no more protestations regarding the veracity of their nonsense posts.

Until such attestations to mental wellness or not are posted then…

So many responses to the opposition of the school millage.

Phil Caron claims to be part owner of an asylum…

The definition of which is:

An institution for the care of people,

especially those with physical or mental impairments,

who require organized supervision or assistance.

As part-owner,

would you not think he would avail he, hissself,

of the opportunities for such care and supervision for any physical, mental impairment, imagined or real, from the very A.s.s.ylum he claims to now own?
